District Buckeye Auditions
Middle East District Buckeye Auditions will be held Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Kent State University

Buckeye Auditions is OhioMTA's competition for our most outstanding students. Each of Ohio's eight Districts holds a preliminary competition by May 1st. Winners from each District are eligible to compete a a statewide competition in June. Teachers may only enter current students who have studied the performance medium of the audition with the entering teacher a minimum of six (6) months of the nine (9) months prior to the day of the District auditions. In each division that exceeds 6 entrants, there will be a preliminary round to choose no more than 6 finalists for Sunday's final round. OMTA member teachers: Current membership dues for MTNA, OhioMTA and the District must be paid in full before the application deadline.

Elementary - $35/$70 Jr. High - $40/$80 Sr. High - $45/90

State finals entry fees for students of District Members will be paid by the District.
